In the process of placing an order (and upon our request), you must provide us with all your full and accurate information in order to receive your goods. Our fulfilment of your order relies on you providing us with correct information, including correct delivery address and delivery instructions. Occasionally, you may be asked to provide additional details upon our request to ensure that your order gets to you safely.
If you enter an incorrect address, Five Fourty Nine will not be obliged to re-send the products included in the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please note, that Five Fourty Nine reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time.
We ship worldwide from Los Angeles. As our jewelry is made by hand, please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail that you used to place the order. Please keep in mind that order processing is not the same as shipping. Certain items are noted to have different processing times due to stock and availabilities (i.e: Pre-Orders and customized items). Delays in order processing may also occur around promotional sale events and holidays.
Please keep in mind that custom duties may apply to international orders. These are fees charged by your country's customs office and unfortunately not something that we're in control of.
As all our jewelry is handmade-to-order, we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this grace period, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item for some reason arrives broken or faulty, please e-mail us at fivefourtynine@gmail.com and we will resolve that for you.
