TRACKING

Your tracking number will be emailed to you in a receipt once your order has been shipped.

If you have not received your shipment or tracking confirmation, please check your junk folder as we have most likely tried to contact you regarding your order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that Five Fourty Nine is not responsible for any delays due to public holidays or postal errors. Once items leave our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package. 

Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs charges. We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged. We do not take responsibility for lost international orders that do not have tracking purchased.
